We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionateGeneral Practice Nurse(orRegistered Nurse with clinic experience) to join our team full-time at ourstate-of-the-art TLC Medical Centre in Belmont, Geelong.

About TLC Medical Centres – Belmont

Located on High Street, our Belmont centre is a modern, mixed billing medical facility offering comprehensive services including general practice, physiotherapy, allied health, and nursing care. Co-located withTLC Aged Care The Belmont, the centre serves both aged care residents and the wider community, supported by a highly experienced team of healthcare professionals.

What you’ll be doing

- Conduct Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
- Administer immunisations
- Provide wound care and assist with minor procedures
- Manage stock and vaccine ordering

Qualifications & Requirements

- Relevant nursing qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Nurse Immuniser qualification (or willingness to complete training)
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia
