This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established residential construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Area Manager to join their team on a full-time basis to successfully manage their Geelong Team.

The responsibilities of this role are:

- Create, develop and foster new business
- Manage both the Sales and Construction Teams
- Review business trends and adjust as required
- Ensure OHS and Legal guidelines are met
- Ensure brand presence within the local community

Experience/Skills required:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a residential construction company
- Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Finance)
- Considerable exposure to budget and cost handling
