As an Associate, you'll collaborate closely with clients, contribute to new business development, and ensure high standards in design and documentation. The role includes team leadership, project delivery, and driving operational excellence within a supportive studio environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, documentation, and delivery of diverse landscape projects

- Coordinate project teams and manage budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes

- Liaise with clients and consultants, building strong working relationships

- Contribute to business development through submissions and new client engagement

- Guide junior staff through mentoring, training and performance assessment

- Ensure consistent output of high-quality deliverables studio-wide

- Manage site inspections, cost planning, specifications and detailing

Skills and Experience

- 8–12 years of professional experience in landscape architecture

- Proven experience leading projects from design through construction

- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and detailing

- Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal and written

- Demonstrated ability to lead, delegate, and manage teams effectively

- Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field (e.g. Architecture with ecology or horticulture focus)
