## **Physiotherapist | Blue Care | Toowoomba Allied Health l Community Based*** Employment Term: Permanent Full Time* Location: Toowoomba Allied Health Team* Remuneration: $42.15 to $59.04 p/hr (dependent on experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances* 5 weeks annual leave**Your part in our Blue Care team**You'll provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing. Working with a number of movement conditions associated with musculoskeletal impairments, medical conditions and chronic disease, you will tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of lifeYou'll have the opportunity to develop new treatment programs, helping clients to manage their movement, pain, balance and manual handling. This will include:* Diagnosing, assessing and developing care plans for individuals and groups* Prescription and selection of appropriate adaptive equipment and modification* Education and training on aspects of therapy for the clients and carers* Goal setting activities, as well discharge and resolution planning* Liaising with healthcare professionals, such as GPs, nurses and occupational therapists to ensure care plans are formulated and monitoredYou'll be passionate about providing exceptional clinical treatment and therapies designed to enable your clients to maintain and improve their independence.
