Location: Toowoomba - Allied Health Centre

As an Intrinsic Health Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for supporting clients across a variety of funding models and helping them achieve their physical goals. You’ll have the autonomy to structure your own day, while delivering assessments, evidence-based interventions, and programs in clinic, at home, and in the community.

- Managing a mixed caseload across many funding streams (NDIS, HCP, CHSP, DVA, Medicare/EPC, Private) – customised to your areas of interest

- Providing assessments and treatment for musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions

- Delivering chronic disease management, injury rehabilitation, and falls prevention

- Running individual and group exercise programs, re‑enablement services, and hydrotherapy sessions

- Prescribing equipment and assistive technology to promote safety, mobility, and independence

- Liaising with GPs, support coordinators, and other allied health professionals to coordinate care

- Participating as part of our multidisciplinary team in care planning, case conferencing, and clinical meetings

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration (new graduates welcome)

- NDIS Worker Screening & WWC Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle

- Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination evidence
