Job Description

About Us:

Bagla Group, a global leader in packaging solutions, specializes in adhesive tapes, tear tapes, POF shrink films, BOP, and thermoforming films. We are looking to establish a strong foothold in the Australian market and seek an energetic Sales Representative to lead this effort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and direct clients in the Australian market.

- Drive sales and market share by promoting a diverse range of packaging products.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing sector.

- Familiarity with the Australian market, including supply chain or logistics industries.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.

- Proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to work remotely.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
