- Lead complex construction litigation, defect disputes & general commercial disputes
- Build and grow client relationships across developers, contractors & owners corporations.
- Mentor and guide junior lawyers, shaping the future of the team.

- Established client following or ability to bring/manage a practice.
- Commercially minded with leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ambition to build a thriving construction-focused practice in a supportive firm.
