We are looking for a single adult as the main bedroom may be out of action due to renovations. If you have older kids that may be OK too, but our house isn't set up for young children. The kid's bedroom has a single bed, with the option of a floor mattress for an additional child. Our home is insulated and has air-conditioning throughout, so you will be kept cool in the Perth heat. Our home has a country kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Our loungeroom is great for chilling out and watching TV or playing video games. The deck out the back is a feature of the house, it's especially lovely having breakfast outside. Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe area. The Perth Hills is a lovely area, with lots of walk trails and lookouts. Our place is walking distance to a park, walking track, a cafe and take-aways.
