Your new role
The Parts Interpreter plays a vital role in our parts warehouse, utilising your extensive knowledge and expertise to provide informed advice and support to internal stakeholders and external customers on Toyota parts and accessories.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing exceptional, knowledgeable advice and service to customers
- Using the parts catalogue to accurately identify and interpret parts
- Processing customer orders using the electronic order system
- Assisting with inventory management to ensure parts are available when needed
- Supporting with general ad-hoc warehouse tasks
About you
To ensure your success in this role, you’ll demonstrate:
- Prior experience as an automotive Parts Interpreter is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team
- An aptitude for learning about new products, policies and processes
- Good computer skills, with an ability to learn and use new systems quickly
- Possession of a current driver’s licence (essential)
