GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCED SCAFFOLDERS SEEKING STABILITY AND GROWTH

Purpose of Position

Intermediate Scaffolders are vital members of the GHS Solutions team, responsible for erecting scaffolds that meet customer requirements and Australian Standards. All team members share the responsibility of maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding efficiently and in compliance with Australian Standards.

- Assisting with planning and preparation for scaffolding activities.

- Carrying out Scaffold Inspection Checklists for each job.

- Maintaining accurate documentation related to each project.

- Acting with integrity, honesty, and ethics at all times.

- Engaging proactively to promote workplace safety.

Role-Specific Competencies

- Experience with Tube & Fitting scaffolding is highly regarded.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Competency in erecting and dismantling scaffolding.

- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol tests.

- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

License Requirements

- Construction Industry White Card (essential)

- Driver’s License

- Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Advanced Scaffolding (essential)

- Current Working at Heights certification (essential)

- Current National Police Clearance (essential)

- Worksafe WA High Risk Licence - Forklift (preferred)

- MSIC Licence (desirable)

- Current Confined Space certification (preferred)
