We’re currently seeking an enthusiasticand professional Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join ourcare team at Gordon Lodge, located at the AirForce Memorial Estate in Bull Creek.

In this role, you’ll work closely with ourmultidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care thatupholds the dignity, wellbeing, and preferences of ourresidents. You'll contribute to clinical assessments, careplanning, and hands-on support, while supervising care staff tomaintain the high standards RAAFA is known for.

This role as the EN will see you:

- Assist with clinical assessments and contribute to residentcare planning
- Provide direct care and support in linewith each resident's needs
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing andreport changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinicaldocumentation
- Contribute to the evaluation of care plansand their effectiveness
- Perform nursing tasks within your scope ofpractice
- Supervise and guide care staff to ensurehigh-quality service delivery

About the Facility:

Located in the heart of our scenic Air Force Memorial Estate,Gordon Lodge is a beautifully refurbished62-bed Residential Aged CareCentre, offering permanent, respite, and securedementia care. The facility includes 51 single rooms withprivate ensuites and a secure 11-bed dementia-specificwing.

Set among landscaped gardens and overlooking atranquil lake, Gordon Lodge is a welcoming place to live and arewarding place to work.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who bringscompassion, clinical skills, and team spirit. You will ideallyhave:

- Current registration as anEnrolled Nurse with theNursing and Midwifery Board ofAustralia
- A clear understanding of the EN scope ofpractice and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Experience working in residential aged care(preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and the abilityto build rapport with residents, families andcolleagues
- A positive, person-centred approach tocare
- Ability to work well within amultidisciplinary team
