Overview

We are seeking to establish a pool of talented Registered and Enrolled Nurses to expand the Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group nursing team. This is a recruitment pool for permanent full time, permanent part time, fixed term full time, and fixed term part time appointments. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/01/2026.

Locations & Units

Fiona Stanley Hospital is a major tertiary-quaternary hospital offering acute/general and specialist medical and surgical services, nephrology/renal transplant, comprehensive cancer services, state adult burns unit, rehabilitation (including ventilator dependent quadriplegia and spinal outreach), heart/lung/bone marrow transplant, emergency and intensive care, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services.

Cockburn Health is a stand-alone 75 bed inpatient facility providing inpatient services in Womens Mental Health, Eating Disorders, and Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Behavioural and Withdrawal Management.

Fremantle Hospital provides specialist services supporting Fiona Stanley Hospital, including mental health, aged care and elective surgical services in a range of specialties.

Eligibility & Requirements

Are you eligible? To be eligible for a permanent appointment to the Western Australian public sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status in Australia. For fixed term appointments you must have documentary evidence of entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
