About the role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will contribute to designing and delivering new concepts and pilots for existing stores, including refurbishments and relocations. The Project Manager will ensure projects meet business requirements, are innovative, cost-effective, and delivered safely, within budget, on time, and to a high standard.

You should have strong project management skills, including project briefing, planning, safety, risk management, tenders, and contractor management. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders is also key to success in this role.

This is a full-time position involving travel across stores nationwide, depending on project needs. The role is based in our Chadstone offices with a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work and office presence. If you seek variety and challenge, this role offers it.

About you

You should have proven experience managing budgets, project costings, implementation methods, and scope of works documentation. Knowledge of the BCA/NCC is highly regarded, as is retail or big-box experience.

To be considered, you need to demonstrate:

- Over 5 years' experience in Project Management and retail fit-outs
- Understanding of commercial, organizational, and contractual issues in retail projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and skills
- Operational and strategic focus
