- Coordinate WHS committees and consultative groups to ensure collaborative problem-solving and communication.
- Support risk assessments, control reviews, and WHS evaluations of new projects alongside the operations team.
- Provide expert WHS advice, training, and support to managers and employees to enhance awareness and compliance.

What Type of Person Will Be Successful

These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:

- Relevant WHS qualifications (Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety OR a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety).
- Prior experience in a WHS role, ideally within a complex or high-risk operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Skilled in WHS processes including auditing, incident investigation, reporting, and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
