As a key member of the project team, you will have the ability to build strong relationships and networks with key stakeholders, whilst working collaboratively across a diverse and complex environment. You will be resilient, adaptable and someone who is comfortable making decisions and taking initiative. A dedicated leader, and one who priorities safety for all, you will commit to high productivity and ensure that project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines are on successfully met.As a seasoned professional with solid experience in Civil Construction, you will have proven commitment to safety and strong leadership qualities. You will encourage and celebrate positive outcomes, while fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Excellent ability to understand and interpret project and client specific requirements, and strong financial and commercial acumen will be required. Additionally, demonstrated ability to understand costings, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor management and project controls. Finally, you will have well-developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.To be successful you will have a relevant Civil Engineering Degree and have appropriate industry experience. Previous work with Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects, stormwater drainage packages, or concrete structures is favourable but not compulsory. The position will be initially based out of our Eight Miles Plains office with plans to relocate to the Sunshine Coast region to support our North Coast Civil team.A valid driver’s licence is essential, along with the flexibility to work nightshift.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
