About the Position

As a Stakeholder Engagement Officer, youwill:

- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across keyCouncil projects — from road upgrades and bridge buildsto long-term strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internalteams, community members, political representatives, and seniorleadership.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies that aretimely, inclusive, and effective.
- Act as a trusted advisor on communication best practiceduring planning and delivery phases.

- The annual salary range for this position is $94,918.74 -$98,910.82 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading andup to 12.65% superannuation.

How to Succeed in this Role

- Relevant qualifications or experience in communication,humanities, or social science
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience in civilconstruction or strategic planning
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in working with senior leaders and electedofficials
- Excellent time management and the ability to managemultiple projects
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to teamwork
