A leading Federal Government department is looking to engage a Salesforce Functional Consultant to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will have experience in delivering Salesforce solutions with expertise in Salesforce Communities, Health Cloud, and Service Cloud. The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will be offered a 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option

The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Working with business areas and project teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation such as detailed designs, configuration documents, and build guides.

The successful Salesforce Functional Consultant will have experience in the following:

- Certified Salesforce Admin 201 with a minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst.
- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Communities.
- Proven ability in business process mapping/re-engineering for B2C and B2B service processes in disability and healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with senior and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
