Responsibilities

- Accelerate innovation by improving deployment infrastructure to support rapid delivery of new features and products

- Drive operational efficiency through DevOps best practices, automation, and intelligent cloud resource management

- Ensure scalability and reliability of systems critical to customer experience and business continuity

- Champion cloud-native technologies and contribute to modernising our infrastructure and development practices

- Improve time‑to‑market with streamlined CI/CD pipelines and enhanced developer tooling

- Strengthen security and compliance across our cloud environments and delivery processes

- Enable smarter decisions through robust monitoring, logging, and observability tooling

- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and mentoring peers

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and AWS – including EKS, infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g., Terraform), and a cloud‑native architecture.

- Strong DevOps engineering experience – with a focus on automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence.

- Delivery mindset – ability to execute on technical roadmap items and contribute to sprint outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.

- Autonomous problem solver – high ownership, initiative, and a solutions‑first approach.

- Collaborative team player – excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

- Security‑conscious mindset – understands the importance of secure‑by‑design infrastructure and compliance best practices.
