Short Description

Looking for Cloud Devops Engineer

Location

Sydney, Australia

Roles and Responsibilities

- Writing Terraform Modules and, in some cases, uplifting Providers to support the provisioning of infrastructure resources across on-prem and public cloud.

- Writing supporting design documentation.

- Good knowledge on Terraform coding – creating/managing troubleshooting templates and state files.

- Know on Azure/AWS Cloud Formation.

- Creating pipelines using Jenkins, deploying, monitoring and troubleshooting pipelines.

- Knowledge on Containerization using Kubernetes.

- Proficient in CI/CD using Azure DevOps and open-source automation tool Jenkins.

- Proficient in administering Azure IaaS resources: Azure VMs, Virtual Networks, Subnets, Azure storages, SQL databases and Azure Active Directory.

- Good scripting experience with PowerShell.

Essential Skills & Competencies

- Azure + Terraform + DevOps + Azure Cloud Services, Jenkins, Git/BitBucket.

- Hashicorp Tools – Terraform Enterprise, Vault, Packer.

Additional Skills

- Should have worked on large projects.

- Excellent customer interfacing skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills.
