We need a customer service champion to provide technical support and drive sales for our Hardy Spicer branch in Mackay. Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person. - Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts. - Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment. About You – The Ideal Candidate - Good verbal and written communication skills. - At least a 1-year experience in customer service/ sales industry. - Experience in industrial/ hydraulic products such as is advantageous - Computer literacy at an intermediate level - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Team player to support other areas when required.
