About the Position
This is more than just a job — it’s a genuine career pathway. Our client is seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer with at least 5 years of post‑admission experience who is eager to take the next step towards seniority and specialisation.

What you’ll work on
- Handling complex estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate matters
- Advising on family provision claims, powers of attorney, and succession structures
- Drafting advanced legal documents and guiding high‑value clients
- Representing clients through dispute resolution processes and litigation
- Collaborating across departments for holistic legal solutions
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
- Strong foundation in estate planning and file management
- Commitment to growing into a senior or leadership role
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
