Leeming SHS is seeking to appoint a dedicated and committed Teacher - Languages - French to join their team. The successful applicant will establish a positive classroom environment with high expectations and impactful teaching practices, while building students’ social and emotional skills. The role requires exemplary teaching skills, motivation, accountability for best practice, and a willingness to work in a whole-school, collaborative context with a commitment to professional growth. An in-depth understanding of the Western Australian Languages Curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices to support second language learning is important.

The Role

Position Title: Teacher - Languages - French

Responsibilities include establishing a positive, welcoming classroom; delivering high-quality language teaching; supporting students’ social and emotional development; and participating in whole-school collaboration and professional growth.

Professional Requirements: in-depth knowledge of the WA Languages Curriculum and contemporary pedagogical practices for second language learning.
