Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to work with children and families, not just for them? Do you want to help children build skills, confidence, and independence in ways that feel meaningful and joyful?
At Believe and Achieve Paediatric Therapy, we do things differently. We’re a small, family-oriented allied health practice in Campbelltown NSW, offering occupational therapy, speech therapy assistance, psychotherapy, early childhood intervention, and group therapy. We’re looking for a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
We support children aged 0 to 13 years with a wide range of strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Whether it’s motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, or social participation, we believe therapy should be fun, engaging, and child-led. Our approach centres on connection, respect for neurodiversity, and a belief in every child’s ability to thrive.
At Believe and Achieve, you won’t just deliver therapy - you’ll build relationships, celebrate differences, and create spaces where children can grow, explore, and achieve their goals.
This is more than a job - it’s an opportunity to make a real difference, every day.
Are you passionate about helping children to believe in themselves and achieve their goals?
We’re not just offering a job - we’re inviting you to be part of something special. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join our team:
• Generous and Competitive Salary
We value your time, effort, and expertise - which is why we offer a salary that reflects your experience, plus a travel allowance for mobile sessions completed outside the clinic. Your dedication to supporting children in their everyday environments doesn’t go unnoticed.
Salary range: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00
• True Work-Life Balance
Full-time or part-time - the choice is yours. We understand life is more than work, and we’re proud to offer a family-friendly, flexible environment that supports your wellbeing.
• A Positive, Uplifting Team Culture
We’re a fun-loving, down-to-earth team who genuinely care about one another. Collaboration, laughter, and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything we do.
• A Creative, Child-Friendly Clinic Space
Our clinic is bright, welcoming, and built for play Enjoy full access to spacious therapy rooms, sensory gyms, and a wide range of assessments and therapeutic tools to help you bring sessions to life.
• Support Every Step of the Way
You’re never alone here. We offer regular, scheduled supervision and mentoring to help you feel supported, inspired, and confident in your practice.
• Ongoing Opportunities to Learn and Grow
We love seeing our team flourish. With regular in-house PD, regular supervision and mentoring, a dedicated CPD budget, and opportunities to collaborate, you’ll be encouraged to keep learning and evolving - at every stage of your career.

What we are Looking For
We’re searching for someone who shares our heart for working with children and families - someone who is kind, compassionate, and committed to making a difference. If the list below sounds like you, we’d love to connect:
• A genuine passion for working with children and young people
You’re dedicated to playful, purposeful work and understand that every child is unique, capable, and worthy of respect.
• A commitment to learning and growth
You’re open to exploring a variety of evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches.
• Professional requirements in place (or a willingness to obtain):
- Paid Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current NSW Police Check
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
• Knowledge of paediatric assessment tools and confidence in administering them
You’re familiar with common occupational therapy assessments and you feel comfortable using them to inform meaningful, individualised support for children and families.
• A team player with the ability to work independently
You enjoy working alongside others but also feel confident planning and managing your own caseload.
• Strong communication skills with big hearts and little ones
You can connect easily with children, families, and professionals, and you’re comfortable communicating both in writing and in conversation.
• Experience with the NDIS (preferred but not essential)
Familiarity with NDIS reporting, goal-setting, and family-centred practice is a bonus - but support and guidance will be provided if you’re still learning.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Some mobile services may be part of your week, so the ability to travel locally is required.
