What we are looking for
2 years experience working within a fine dining, hatted establishment. Detailed and in depth knowledge of food and produce. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work nights and weekends. Immediate start

Passionate about food, produce and cooking with fire. Knowledgeable of local and native produce. A team player, invested in the bigger picture and being part of a top performing team. Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail. Well-presented and punctual
