WORKING AT SMART WFM

This role is based in Australia. We are looking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER who has a genuine interest in HR and WFM technology and a knack for steering projects to success. Reporting directly to the PMO Lead, you will orchestrate projects that leverage technology to empower people.

As a linchpin in our dynamic team, you will oversee critical projects from inception to completion, ensure timelines are met and objectives are achieved, and foster collaboration across our global locations in Australia, Singapore, India, USA, and the Philippines. Your expertise in technology project management, and preferably UKG WFM technologies, will help cultivate solutions at the confluence of people and technology, aligning with Smart WFM's vision of enabling individuals to accomplish more through technology.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of UKG client projects from Kick-off to Support using appropriate project management methodologies

- Guide and influence client and Smart WFM decision-making to maximise the value of technology and the people using the solutions

- Build and maintain professional relations with clients and client project teams

- Demonstrate leadership ability with both project teams and clients

- Manage conflicts through effective and inclusive problem-solving and negotiation

- Manage Scope, Issues and Risks in an unbiased manner

Ideal candidate / Qualifications

- 4-5 years UKG Pro WFM project or other WFM technology project management experience

- Highly customer focused and driven by the quality of work and exceeding client expectations

- Strong commercial mindset

- Ability to learn quickly when facing new technical challenges

- Systems and relational thinking

- Decisive and able to make decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information

- Work well under pressure

- Comfortable presenting virtually for client audiences

- Strong understanding of WFM timekeeping, scheduling and integration

- Good judgment and logical thinking

- Strong situational awareness

- Strong process capabilities

- Hands-on experience with Project Management tools

- Effective and confident communicator

- Strong team leadership capabilities and experience coaching and motivating a team

- Willingness to seek feedback and continuously improve
