Specialist in Paediatric Retrieval (PaNDR)

Applicants are invited for the post of Specialist in Paediatric Retrieval (PaNDR) (10 PA) at Addenbrooke's Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH). This is a substantive post to commence as soon as possible. Applications are welcomed from those unable to work full time for personal reasons or those wishing to job-share.
The appointee will provide Consultant clinical service, clinical leadership, specialist advice and multi-disciplinary management for the Paediatric Retrieval Service.
Main duties of the job
You will have completed a minimum of 12 years' medical work (either continuous period or in aggregate) since obtaining a primary medical qualification of which a minimum of six years should have been in a relevant specialty in the Specialty Doctor and/or closed SAS grades. Equivalent years' experience in a relevant specialty from other medical grades including from overseas will also be accepted.
About us
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.
