About the Role
As a Consultant Paediatrician, you will deliver high-quality clinical care to paediatric and neonatal patients across the region.
Responsibilities
- Managing acute and chronic paediatric conditions including neonatal care
- Providing clinical leadership and working with a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Contributing to clinical governance, policy, and service improvement
- Supervising and mentoring junior doctors: Senior Registrar, Registrar, Residents, and Intern
- Participating in an on-call roster for emergency and neonatal care

About You
- Clinically experienced in general paediatrics, neonatology, and developmental care
- A strong team player with leadership and teaching skills
- Passionate about rural health and equity in care
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse setting, especially with Aboriginal
