Now, we’re looking for a Senior People & Capability Advisor to join our South Brisbane HQ and partner with a key division of our business. This is your chance to shape the future of healthcare by supporting the leaders who make it happen.

What you’ll do

- Partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies and leadership effectiveness
- Champion programs in performance, recognition, diversity, and employee experience
- Provide expert advice on ER matters, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
- Support remuneration reviews and development planning
- Be a trusted advisor who helps leaders grow and teams thrive
