About the Role:

The role will form part of the core professional group and will contribute strongly to the overall design capability of the team. The position is project-focused and involves engineering design for the mining, minerals processing, and utility sectors.

Skills and Experience:

The experience we are seeking includes the capability to take on a variety of roles within a project, from the design and planning stages right through to finalisation and delivery. Your career to date will ideally have included the following:

- Project design experience, ideally in minerals processing applications, power generation, power distribution/transmission, or the utility sector.
- High voltage engineering design.
- Power line design.
- Experience in a consulting capacity.
- Experience with power simulation software.
- A willingness to perform site work, commissioning, and to travel to remote locations.

This position offers the opportunity to develop skills working in a proactive, friendly team environment that specialises in innovative electrical engineering design. You will also be supported to take on challenges and develop your career path working with a team of specialised electrical engineers offering diverse experience.

Key Requirements:

To be successful, you will also have:

- An Electrical Engineering Degree, recognised by Engineers Australia.
- A demonstrable positive can-do attitude.
- Commercial awareness.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – written and spoken.
