Manager, Release and Environment, NSW, 12 Months

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provide expert advice on release and environment management for SAP applications
- Oversee SAP transport and change processes to minimise risk and avoid deployment conflicts
- Coordinate release schedules and align with both project delivery and operational continuity
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on complex or high-risk changes
- Monitor and manage performance of third-party service providers
- Maintain documentation for change approvals, audit compliance, and release governance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Strong experience in SAP change and release management (governance, planning, execution)
- Understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Change, Release, and Configuration Management
- Experience coordinating SAP release cycles and deployment schedules
- Familiarity with SAP transport tools such as Active Control, ChaRM, CTS+, BTP Cloud Transport Management, and Solution Manager
- Proven track record working with vendors and service providers, ensuring performance metrics and KPIs are met
- High attention to detail in maintaining audit-ready change documentation
