Role and responsibilities

Retail Team Leader demonstrates emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing that knowledge with their team. It is a strong opportunity to showcase exemplary merchandising and presentation skills.

Other expectations include:

- Always display and enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers
- Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with the Manager
- Possess a valid driver/'s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
- Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)

Note that this role will require lifting, bending and climbing.

- Experience in large format retail stores with a focus on displays, planograms and promotions
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and communication skills
- Leadership potential or demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday (or as agreed with management)
- Valid driver/'s licence (manual preferred)
- Interest in the automotive industry and Repco products
