Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Marketing (Field Marketing) will play a critical role in building a high-functioning field marketing discipline at Forefront, the leading provider of dermatology services in the U.S., with over 260 clinic locations.

This newly created position aims to replicate successful strategies across all four regions, pairing a strategic field marketing partner with each regional operational leader. The ideal candidate will be eager to identify growth opportunities, develop regional and local marketing strategies, excel at relationship management, and be tactically responsible for delivering results.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Field Marketing and Creative Services to build a strategic and sophisticated field marketing discipline at Forefront.
  • Identify growth opportunities at regional and local levels, collaborating with operational leaders and physicians to prioritize and allocate resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Support strategic clinic growth initiatives, including expansion of medical aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology services, general dermatology utilization, new clinic launches, acquisition integrations, and physician recruitment & M&A demand generation.
  • Develop scalable methods to support clinic requests for creative and outreach services, enabling self-service capabilities while preserving resources for high-impact initiatives.
  • Create and execute local marketing campaigns (direct mail, OOH, media strategies) to increase clinic visibility and engagement.
  • Develop point-of-service marketing materials and strategies to raise awareness and encourage treatment exploration.
  • Implement field enablement tools and capabilities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with multi-location, nationwide organizations preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in multi-channel marketing strategies and execution.
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, and multi-location care marketing.
