We are seeking Senior Medical Imaging Technologists to join our team. The successful applicants will provide and coordinate comprehensive Medical Imaging services to patients at an advanced practice level and provide direct support to the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist including leave relief. You will supervise, coordinate and provide leadership and management to Medical Imaging Technologists at Rockingham and Murray District Hospital, perform general radiography, computed tomography and specialist medical imaging procedures in accordance with the Radiation Safety Act and its Regulations.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

- Provide and coordinate comprehensive Medical Imaging services at an advanced practice level
- Provide direct support to the Chief Medical Imaging Technologist including leave relief
- Supervise, coordinate and provide leadership and management to Medical Imaging Technologists at Rockingham and Murray District Hospitals
- Perform general radiography, computed tomography and specialist medical imaging procedures
- Ensure compliance with the Radiation Safety Act and Regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

- Current qualifications as a Medical Imaging Technologist suitable for senior/advanced practice
- Ability to supervise and lead Medical Imaging staff across multiple sites
- Demonstrated experience in general radiography and computed tomography
- Commitment to safety and compliance with the Radiation Safety Act
