Essence of the position:

We have begun the search for our Pizza Chef. In this role you will be crafting delicious pizzas from scratch, delivering exceptional culinary experiences with our wood-fired pizza oven in a beautiful open kitchen. Some of your key areas of responsibility will be:

- Preparing dough, sauces and a variety of fresh toppings to bring creations to life
- Ensuring consistent quality across every meal you serve, delivering on our promise of a remarkable guest experience
- Maintaining cleanliness and order within the kitchen to contribute to looking after our facilities
- Closely focusing on the health & safety standards in the workplace, ensuring we are always taking care of ourselves, team and guests
- Following recipes from our menu, designed by our Food & Beverage team, to deliver high quality pizzas

Key Attributes & Capabilities:

- Specialty experience as a pizza chef working with high quality ingredients and knowledge of pizza ovens
- A team member who works with speed & efficiency – you know how to get tasks done with a focus on quality & keeping our guests happy
- You're passionate about hospitality, implementing your drive and dedication into the work you do
- You have excellent knowledge in food & kitchen safety – it is your top priority with every task you take on
- You look out for your fellow team members and work together seamlessly to meet Kingpin's goals
