WSP Australia is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Brisbane team. If you’re ready to lead, inspire, and make an impact, this is your opportunity to work on high-profile, multidisciplinary projects that are transforming Queensland – from faster rail connecting Logan to the Gold Coast, to state‑of‑the‑art data centres, defence facilities, civic infrastructure, and Olympic Games projects.

Why this role matters

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of electrical design for complex, multi‑disciplinary projects. You’ll lead small to medium‑sized projects, mentor others, and build strong client relationships – all while helping shape the future of our Building Services team.

What you’ll do

- Lead with expertise: Drive electrical design for projects across sectors like transport (faster rail), data centres, defence, civic infrastructure, and Olympic venues.

- Own the delivery: Manage timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure exceptional outcomes.

- Be the connector: Build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders, and uncover new opportunities.

- Shape the future: Contribute to strategic growth and innovation within our business unit.

What you bring

- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

- 6–10+ years’ experience in building services projects (consulting environment preferred).

- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects across diverse sectors.

- Strong client management and project leadership skills.

- Solid knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).
