The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the State Financial Controller, you will oversee and manage the financial wellbeing of the business. As a key leader, you will jointly manage and mentor the finance and administration team, build strong working relationships across the business, and partner closely with Dealer Principals and Department Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

- Financial recording and reporting
- Cash flow management
- Maintaining accurate accounts to facilitate the timely production of trading results
- Dealership systems and procedures control — experience with Titan and Tune Data Management Systems is highly regarded
- Ensure all statutory returns are completed
- Plan, direct, monitor and control the activities of the finance and administration team
- Tax compliance
- Oversee payroll
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

Key requirements

- Tertiary education in Accounting
- Demonstrated experience within a similar function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CA or CPA not mandatory, but desirable
- Fully maintained company vehicle
