Job Profile

Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, the Digital Experience Analyst contributes to the delivery of a safe, accessible and engaging online experience to enable customers to play with confidence across Lotterywest’s Play Online digital platforms. The Digital Experience Analyst plays a key role in and is responsible for analysing player data and trends to inform and guide continuous improvement activities across both web and online channels. The role has the following key areas of focus:

- Player Insights and Analysis

- Channel Performance and Engagement

- Research and Reporting

- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Mandatory Requirements

Police Clearance

- Demonstrated experience in a digital experience analysis role in a mid‑tier organisation or complex and changing environment.

- Demonstrated ability to analyse digital data and user behaviours to generate insights that inform and improve the online customer experience.

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Clarity), A/B testing platforms, and data visualisation tools to analyse and produce robust tracking and measurement processes.

- Demonstrated ability to map and analyse digital customer journeys using CX frameworks to identify opportunities for data‑informed experience improvement.

- Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into accessible insights for a range of audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams to share insights, gather input, and influence positive change.

- Well‑developed analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving skills to formulate possible solutions and recommendations to address complex business problems and issues.
