About the Role

Maxima has a long history of providing quality staff to this iconic employer based at Adelaide Airport. The Freight Clerk position is an integral role in the service provision for commercial and retail customers across Australia and the world.

This is a casual position – working Monday to Friday across two shifts, with hours generally either: Morning Shift Hours 4:00 am to 12:00 pm. Afternoon Shift Hours 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. There is also a possibility of weekend work after a training period.

Working in a professional team performing a range of administrative and customer service tasks including:

- Customer Service (Phone, Face to Face, Email)

- Data Entry

- Compliance Reporting

- Track and Trace

- Scheduling

About you

- You are a customer champion, with a background in orunderstanding of import / exportprocedures and the following knowledge, skills and abilities.

- Follow complex tasks / procedures

- Tech savvy with proficiency across various platforms and devices

- High attention to detail

- Professional outlook

- Proactive and the ability to use initiative to deliver high level customer service

- Ability to focus and remain calm under pressure
