Task & responsibilities

- Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality dishes
- Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality products and a smooth service
- Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a casual setting
- Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed

Qualification & experience

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a casual dining environment
- A Culinary Professional that can deliver exceptional service
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
