Overview

Full Time – Receptionist Sales Support – OBrien Real Estate Bentleigh

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced real estate receptionist to join our dynamic team Located in Bentleigh you will be working for a well-known & respected agency as part of a supportive team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner
- Assisting with property management & sales queries
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner as our first point of contact
- Mail, banking and filing
- Diary management
- Organise all marketing, photographers and floor plans
- Manage social media marketing
- Other basic office duties
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism

To be suitable, you must possess:

- Agent’s Representative Certificate (preferred)
- Previous reception experience in Real Estate (preferred)
- Strong Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative
- Possess a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Immaculate presentation and well spoken
