**The company**:
Our client is an established boutique firm located in Bentleigh East, that has been working with small to medium sized businesses. You will be working with a small but experience team of accountants with an abundance of knowledge at their fingertips.
**About**:
This role would involve the internal bookkeeping for the practice, as well as managing the external clients, including payroll through to preparing monthly/ quarterly management reports.
**In your role, you may be responsible for**;
- Invoicing
- Following up outstanding debts when required
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll
- Reconciliation
- BAS and IAS preparation
- Income tax return preparation
- Lodgements of BAS, IAS and Income tax returns
- Maintaining client database and updating when relevant
- Strong client / customer focus & ability to build strong relationships
- Processing daily client correspondence
- ATO follow ups with assessment notices
