- Initial contract until August 2026

- Hybrid working model, partly working remotely as well as our support office

- Apply your admin skills within a dynamic retail environment

About the Role

- Provide administration support and solutions to the People & Culture team and the entire business

- Support HR projects and initiatives as required

- Support and assist onboarding of new team members and supplier team members

- Administration of many tasks including Service Recognition and Discount Card

- Preparation of Employment Contracts

- Bring your positivity and your love of working with people to our team. You’ll need to thrive in a fast paced and demanding environment and be ready to show your talent

About You

- Excellent administration skills and highly developed written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive approach and willingness to support others

- A demonstrated understanding of the retail industry

- Ability to actively listen and gather appropriate information to resolve stakeholder queries/requirements

- Ability to remain objective and impartial to any situation that may arise

- Well developed time management skills to prioritise and organise tasks/workflow on a daily basis
