We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced WH&S Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
About the Role
As the WH&S Officer, you’ll play a key role in driving a proactive safety culture across our dealership network. You’ll provide expert guidance on workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements while partnering with leaders and employees to implement practical, effective solutions.
This position requires regular travel across our dealership locations, working closely with teams to promote a safe, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on all aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing to staff and leadership.
- Implement and support safety management systems, policies, and compliance initiatives.
- Monitor and assess safety performance, identifying risks and recommending improvements.
- Lead investigations into incidents and assist in developing preventative actions.
- Deliver safety training and awareness programs to build workforce capability.
- Foster a culture of safety through positive engagement and continuous improvement.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a health and safety advisory role within a complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, regulatory compliance, and industry best practice.
- Proven skills in risk management, incident investigation, and safety reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about making a difference in the agricultural sector.
