About the role

A rare opportunity is available to join our Leopold home as a Personal Care Worker – Well-being withPermanent Part Time shifts every Monday & Tuesday 9.30am to 4pm.

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Leopold on the Bellarine Peninsula, just 10 minutes from Geelong and over an hour from Melbourne, our welcoming Estia Health home offers a strong sense of community, making it the perfect place for local Personal Care Workers to build a rewarding career close to home

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide personal care and emotional support while helping residents feel safe, valued, and connected. You’ll also deliver engaging, meaningful, and fun activities tailored to the individual interests of our residents, supporting their well-being and helping them have their best day, every day.

You will have a Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Individual support as a minimum qualification,in addition to:

- A genuine passion for lifestyle programs within Aged Care.
- The energy and enthusiasm to enrich the lives of older Australians in a fun, dynamic and varied role
- A warm, welcoming approach and a desire to be part of a collaborative team in a growing sector
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- A passion for building genuine relationships and supporting residents to engage and enjoy daily life
- A Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (highly regarded)
