FinXL IT is looking for multiple Associate Network Engineers to join our team and work at leading commercial client sites. As a key member of our Associate Program, you'll work closely with network services managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of major implementation projects.

What You'll Be Doing

- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within the contact center environment.

- Implementing new configurations and system setups to ensure seamless operations.

- Developing and deploying new features to enhance the contact center's capabilities, such as advanced call recording functionalities or cutting-edge AI solutions.

- Contributing to various ad-hoc initiatives as needed to support project goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum of 12 months of commercial experience, ideally within contact center technologies (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Verint, Dialpad) and/or network engineering-related projects.

- Proven experience in troubleshooting, building, and configuring systems.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with a large team and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to tasks and a keen attention to detail.

What's On Offer
