Principal Consultant at Scotford Fennessy Associate Civil Engineer Responsibilities Design Delivery and Project Management of Urban Development projects Responsibility for civil works specifications, engineering reports and tenders Undertaking regular interface and liaison with key clients and stakeholders, interface with all parties, manage approvals, site inspections, manage delivery of design Projects – residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, public domain and infrastructure Understanding of related safety in design practices and processes Projects - urban development, subdivisions and public infrastructure Roads, drainage, water, sewer, pavement, utilities and bulk earthworks Good understanding of Service Authority design approval and construction standards Flexible working arrangements, technical and personal development sessions, extra annual leave Mid-tier civil consultancy, family friendly culture, autonomous role Pathway into leadership, share ownership Qualifications Seeking 10-15+ years' experience in a civil engineering consultancy, Chartered Engineer preferred.
