- Design the new NAB Customer Voices digital tooling to empower colleagues to identify and solve problems then close the loop with customers—making sure they know we care.
- You will iteratively design towards our AI powered target state and be responsible for the Product Design process end-to-end—from contextual research with frontline and head office colleagues, through concept prototype testing, all the way through detailed design, experimentation, delivery and continuous improvement.
- You will get to solve complex design challenges, balancing customer needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements to create innovative, intuitive, scalable solutions.

In the role of Senior Product Designer, you will join our Enterprise Customer Experience Design Team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

- Lead and own design projects end to end, including defining objectives, shaping project scope, and aligning with business goals whilst following the Design Ways of Working.
- Conduct user/customer research and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
- Create prototypes to communicate, test and validate design concepts. Use feedback to refine designs and improve usability.
- Work closely with our engineers and product teams as the role sits heavily in our design delivery phase
- Apply the principles of inclusive design to create products and services that are accessible by everyone.
- Contribute to, use and evolve the nab design system to maintain consistency and efficiency for nab digital assets.
- Communicate, present and visualise design insights, ideas and concepts to stakeholders and partners, providing user centred insights to support design decisions.
- Act as a coach to more junior team members, providing guidance, sharing best practice and helping to advance their skills.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Proven experience working as a product designer or UX/UI designer with service design experience
- Excellent user research experience (observational research)
- Experience within a finance or service industries
- Excellent working knowledge of the end-to-end design process, experience design methodologies and principles
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile, using agile tools & methods
- Strong ability to independently perform the essential capabilities required in this role
- Proven experience using design processes and tools to digitise experiences
- Extensive experience in visual design and user interactions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and verbal)
