About the Role

As a Child Psychologist at Mindplace, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Bupa. This patient-facing clinical position involves seeing Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise Bupa services. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.

In this role, you’ll:

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
- Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
- Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
- Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework

Your Opportunity

This is a permanent part-time position for 3 days per week (0.6 FTE).

This role will be based at our new centre in Roselands and we’re due to open doors November 2025.

About you

We’re seeking an experienced Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist with:

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master’s/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
- 5+ years of recent clinical experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
- Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
