What can you expect in a day in this role:

As part of our cleaning team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. We're looking for someone with a great attitude and the ability to work independently. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Cleaning and sanitising public areas
- Maintaining restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and spotless
- Removing trash throughout the property
- Surface cleaning and floor care
- Cleaning within our gaming and casino floor
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Interacting with guests in a positive and friendly manner

What you will bring to the role:

As a cleaner, you will have strong communication skills and the flexibility to work a rostered schedule. You will also demonstrate:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- An enthusiastic and motivated approach to work
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work at heights
- Excellent customer service skills and experience interacting with a diverse range of people
- Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential)
- Alignment with our Country Club Tasmania values
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, from early mornings (5:00 am) to late evenings/overnight, across all seven days of the week
- Willingness to assist in other areas, such as laundry or other back-of-house duties
