Our team of Lawyers in the Direct to Lawyer Team take the time to listen and empathise with all our new client enquiries. They are often the first point of contact and at the forefront of client care and compassion.
We are now seeking a Lawyer to join our Client Intake Direct to Lawyer Team at our Melbourne Office. We are open to discussions around flexible working days, hours and office location/working from home arrangements.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing initial legal advice to clients with new injury claims in Victoria particularly across the personal injury practices of Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation, Workers’ Compensation and / or Public Liability. You will provide an early triage function for new client enquiries. You will be required to take instructions on the client's matter before deciding on the viability of the enquiry, providing advice to that effect and possibly offering a legal costs agreement. If you are passionate about helping clients and ensuring their client experience with the firm is a positive one, then this role is for you.

- Previous exposure in Personal Injury Law (ideally 2 years + PAE)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
